Hier liegt der Fokus auf den förderlichen Persönlichkeitseigenschaften und Kompetenzen sowie Möglichkeiten zur Stärkung dieser.Unterschiedlichste Schüler mit den verschiedensten Bedürfnissen sollen jeden Tag aufs Neue gleichermaßen gefördert und gefordert werden. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Berufen können Lehrkräfte nicht nachmittags nach Hause kommen und den stressigen Job vergessen. Privatleben und Beruf können nicht komplett getrennt werden. Das Online-Wortschatz-Informationssystem Deutsch (OWID) des Instituts für deutsche Sprache hat in seinem Neologismenwörterbuch mittlerweile einen neuen Wortschatz, rund um die gesamte Pandemie, angelegt.
