This book provides a research model that includes the basics of describing the delivery (mediated) framework, appropriate research design and data analysis selection, and a blueprint for conducting and reporting the cost-benefit ratio based on a cost-benefit analysis. To provide an example of the model in action it was applied to First Connections, an online infant and toddler care provider-training program. This research model will be useful to education researchers and others in the education and educational technology fields.
