Buch. Condición: Neu. Druck auf Anfrage Neuware - Printed after ordering - 'Fire and Flame' seeks to enhance our knowledge of change and innovation management in an entertaining manner. For this reason the author of this story has turned to the Greek Pantheon which figures represent the pillars of Olympus Limited enterprise. The story links the placid daily business routines on Mount Olympus to modern-day Greece which is tossed about by severe financial tempests. It leads to a dramatic development which forces the gods to move to earth thereby inexorably losing their immortality. The concept of mortality signifies in this context that life on earth is finite and continuously subject to change, a process which involves difficulties to be overcome, frustrations to be endured and anxieties and uncertainties to be dealt with. However, at the same time, this awkward situation, which is symbolised by the mystic Phoenix, inspires the new mortals to master the challenges at hand and to create innovative business ideas which please everybody and radically change the family business.…

Buch.
