The book is divided in to six chapter viz., Introduction, Review of literature, Material and methods, Experimental results, Discussion, Summary and References. At the end, cost analysis is incorporated which contain decorticator manufacturing cost and operational cost. The book contains review of all aspect of nutmeg processing, performance of various decorticators, physical properties of various biological materials.
