Hardcover. Condición: New. The book is based on the experience of the Great East Japan Earthquake 2011 to realise community relocation with human rights and ethics around the world. The planned relocation of a community has a powerful character in society in itself. About the Editor: Dr. Suguru Mori is a Professor at the Laboratory of Architectural Planning, Division of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, Hokkaido University, Japan.…
