Ninguno de estos señores tiene el menor conocimiento de la cultura china; ninguno de ellos ha pagado los gastos de la exposición de su bolsillo; la celebración de la exposición en Cantabria no se debe ni al empeño especial ni al esfuerzo extraordinario de ninguno de ellos.
