The papers are organized in 27 cohesive sections covering all major topics of neural network research and development. Wunsch II, Zongben Xu, and Bo Zhang) and tutorials (Walter J. Freeman, Derong Liu, Paul J. Werbos, and Jacek M. Zurada).
