Zu den Qualitätskriterien von evidenzbasierten Patienteninformationen (EBPI) gehört neben Berücksichtigung von aktueller interner und externer Evidenz die Einbeziehung der Patienten, ihrer Erfahrungen und Bedürfnisse in den Erstellungsprozess. Relevant sind in diesem Kontext die Wirkungen und Reaktionsmuster, die durch Gesundheitsinformationen bei den Nutzern hervorgerufen werden. Ein wichtiger Aspekt dabei ist, wie die Nutzer mit Unsicherheit z.B. bei nicht ausreichender Evidenzlage umgehen. Grundlage der Arbeit sind die Ergebnisse einer externen Evaluation von 107 Informationsprodukten (bzw. Entwürfen) des Instituts für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Gesundheitswesen (IQWiG) durch 124 Patienten und Bürger. Die Nutzertestung wurde von der Patientenuniversität der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover im Auftrag des IQWiG durchgeführt. Erfasst wurden Einzelbewertungen sowie das Meinungsbild eines moderierten Diskussionsprozesses. Die schriftlichen Diskussionsprotokolle zu 25 Informationsprodukten wurden mit Elementen theoretischer Kodierverfahren und inhaltsanalytischer Techniken ausgewertet. Es wurde ein Kategorienraster zu Reaktionsmustern der Nutzer entwickelt. Es konnten acht Hauptkategorien sowie weitere Subkategorien erster Ordnung und zweiter Ordnung unterschieden werden. Die Reaktionsmuster lassen sich differenzieren nach: (i) Interesse, (ii) Zufriedenheit, (iii) Beruhigung und Vertrauen, (iv) Aktivierung sowie (v) Desinteresse, (vi) Unzufriedenheit und Enttäuschung, (vii) Beunruhigung und Sorge und (viii) Zweifel. Das Kategorienraster ist perspektivisch hilfreich, um Nutzeranforderungen an Gestaltung und Vermittlung von Gesundheitsinformationen in ihrem qualitativen Spektrum zu definieren. Wirkungen und Reaktionsmuster, die bei Nutzern durch Gesundheitsinformationen hervorgerufen werden, können als ergänzende Kriterien für die Aufbereitung und Erstellung von evidenzbasierten Informationen dienen. Auch für die Analyse ethischer Aspekte von Gesundheitsinformationen ist das umfassende Wissen über Reaktionsmuster relevant. Dabei wäre neben den individuellen Konsequenzen zu untersuchen, inwieweit u.a. Ungleichheiten in Bildung und sozio-ökonomischem Status die Reaktion und damit die Verarbeitung von evidenzbasierten Informationen beeinflussen.

Zu den Qualitätskriterien von evidenzbasierten Patienteninformationen (EBPI) gehört neben Berücksichtigung von aktueller interner und externer Evidenz die Einbeziehung der Patienten, ihrer Erfahrungen und Bedürfnisse in den Erstellungsprozess. Relevant sind in diesem Kontext die Wirkungen und Reaktionsmuster, die durch Gesundheitsinformationen bei den Nutzern hervorgerufen werden. Ein wichtiger Aspekt dabei ist, wie die Nutzer mit Unsicherheit z.B. bei nicht ausreichender Evidenzlage umgehen. Grundlage der Arbeit sind die Ergebnisse einer externen Evaluation von 107 Informationsprodukten (bzw. Entwürfen) des Instituts für Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit im Gesundheitswesen (IQWiG) durch 124 Patienten und Bürger. Die Nutzertestung wurde von der Patientenuniversität der Medizinischen Hochschule Hannover im Auftrag des IQWiG durchgeführt. Erfasst wurden Einzelbewertungen sowie das Meinungsbild eines moderierten Diskussionsprozesses. Die schriftlichen Diskussionsprotokolle zu 25 Informationsprodukten wurden mit Elementen theoretischer Kodierverfahren und inhaltsanalytischer Techniken ausgewertet. Es wurde ein Kategorienraster zu Reaktionsmustern der Nutzer entwickelt. Es konnten acht Hauptkategorien sowie weitere Subkategorien erster Ordnung und zweiter Ordnung unterschieden werden. Die Reaktionsmuster lassen sich differenzieren nach: (i) Interesse, (ii) Zufriedenheit, (iii) Beruhigung und Vertrauen, (iv) Aktivierung sowie (v) Desinteresse, (vi) Unzufriedenheit und Enttäuschung, (vii) Beunruhigung und Sorge und (viii) Zweifel. Das Kategorienraster ist perspektivisch hilfreich, um Nutzeranforderungen an Gestaltung und Vermittlung von Gesundheitsinformationen in ihrem qualitativen Spektrum zu definieren. Wirkungen und Reaktionsmuster, die bei Nutzern durch Gesundheitsinformationen hervorgerufen werden, können als ergänzende Kriterien für die Aufbereitung und Erstellung von evidenzbasierten Informationen dienen. Auch für die Analyse ethischer Aspekte von Gesundheitsinformationen ist das umfassende Wissen über Reaktionsmuster relevant. Dabei wäre neben den individuellen Konsequenzen zu untersuchen, inwieweit u.a. Ungleichheiten in Bildung und sozio-ökonomischem Status die Reaktion und damit die Verarbeitung von evidenzbasierten Informationen beeinflussen. 108 pp. Deutsch.
