Il fronte è costituito da una lettera formale dell'Avvocato Giovanni Albertini di Ancona indirizzata al Procuratore della Repubblica Dott. Vincenzo Savina, intercettato durante un soggiorno a Galati Mamertino (Messina). Albertini richiede l'intercessione riservata di Savina per una "ingentissima frode" e bancarotta fraudolenta da milioni di lire avvenuta a Catania, domandando il contatto diretto con un Magistrato della Procura catanese. Il retro del foglio custodisce la straordinaria risposta autografa di Savina (datata 24 settembre), che gira immediatamente la pratica al noto Prof. Avv. Michele Giorgianni di Ancona chiedendo un intervento rapido ("Mi puoi aiutare? Ti prego di rispondermi subito").
