Condición: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - ''A Study of Women Delinquents in New York State'' is a comprehensive analysis of the female criminal population in New York State during the early 20th century. Written by Mabel Ruth Fernald, a prominent sociologist and criminologist of the time, the book provides an in-depth look at the causes and consequences of female delinquency and the social and economic factors that contribute to it. Fernald examines the backgrounds and life experiences of female offenders, including their family histories, education, employment, and living conditions. She also explores the various types of crimes committed by women, such as prostitution, theft, and drug use, and the ways in which the criminal justice system responds to these offenses.
