Ils offrent aujourd'hui une variété de domaines d'applications allant de la surveillance environnementale et militaire à la domotique. Cependant, ces réseaux font face à de nombreux défis souvent liés aux contraintes intrinsèques des noeuds capteurs. Dans cette thèse, nous avons proposé un modèle, Sentinel, qui se base sur la distribution de probabilité de Weibull. L'originalité de notre modèle est qu'il permet un calcul du temps de veille et une mise à jour distribuée du taux de sondage tout en prenant en considération l'usure des noeuds dans le temps. Nous avons poursuivi cette lancée en proposant ALARM, une solution d'ordonnancement adaptatif qui utilise Sentinel.
