Aber auch Menschen aus den verschiedensten gesellschaftlichen Bereichen von der gestandenen Bäuerin bis zur langjährigen Pflegekraft in der Demenzbetreuung, vom weitgereisten Flugkapitän bis zum erfolgreichen Unternehmer, denen man nicht unbedingt ansieht oder zutrauen würde, dass sie Plattdeutsch sprechen, schreiben oder verstehen berichten über ihre persönliche Beziehung zu dieser Sprache. Aber keine Angst! Zu wissenschaftlich geht es dabei durchaus nicht zu. Die humorvollen, aber auch nachdenklichen Beiträge, die sowohl in Hoch- und Niederdeutsch geschrieben sind, werden durch plattdeutsche Lieder, Döhnekes und Gedichte ergänzt.
