It also aimed at un…derstanding the path towards value added government services (VAGS) that are highly demanded by citizen. In order to achieve this objective the following goals were identified: 1. to understand existing citizen focused VAGS delivery; 2. to understand VAGS delivery issues; 3. to understand any emerging VAGS service delivery issues; 3. to understand the level of government and citizen readiness towards VAGS; 5. to understand any service intrinsic issues related to VAGS delivery; 6. to understand any service delivery infrastructure issues towards VAGS design, development and delivery. Following these research, a number of key findings have surfaced that are important for VAGS delivery and policy implications were drawn. The key findings are: Interaction between Traditional and e-Government is Significant yet is moving in a negative direction. Demographic characteristics strongly affects perception of e-Government services. 156 pp. Englisch.
