Durch die lange Aufenthaltszeit der Modelle konnte Stefan Soell ausschließlich bei besten Wetter- und Lichtbedingungen fotografieren. Für das optimale Zusammenspiel von Sonnenstand, Wolken und Gezeiten war es am Tag oft nur für kurze Zeit möglich zu fotografieren. Einige der Locations sind wegen der starken Schwankungen von Ebbe und Flut nur an einzelnen Tagen im Monat erreichbar.
