Dr. Vic got his graduate degree in counseling at Washington State University and his Ph.D in pastoral counseling at International Seminary in Florida. Dr. Vic and his wife Jeanne now live in Mukilteo Washington with their two sons Joel and Jason and their wives Manny and Jessica. Six grandkids fill up their lives with love and joy as we watch them grow up.…
