I contributi di questo volume, risultato dei lavori di una sezione tenuta in occasione del 31° Romanistentag tedesco (Bonn 2009), tengono conto di questa lacuna, trattando vari aspetti di cortesia verbale in diverse lingue romanze ed applicando, in chiave tanto dia- quanto sincronica, diversi modelli teorici ad una ricca gamma di differenti generi testuali e svariati eventi comunicativi.Au sein de la philologie romane le discours sur la politesse, un domaine pourtant très favorisé par la linguistique pragmatique moderne, a suscité peu d'intérêt systématique jusqu'à ce jour. Ce fait est d'autant plus surprenant que ce que nous appelons communément la politesse occidentale, soit dans le concept, soit dans les formes, est fortement marqué par les développements sociaux de l'époque tardo-romaine. Les contributions de ce volume, issues d'une section tenue au 31 ième Romanistentag allemand (Bonn 2009), tiennent compte de cette lacune en traitant beaucoup d'aspects de la politesse verbale dans différentes langues romanes, et en appliquant, dans une perspective tant dia- que synchronique, les différents modèles théoriques à nombreux genres textuels et situations communicatives.…
