Mit diesen Sätzen eröffnet Christian August Fürchtegott Hayner, der Direktor der Anstalt Waldheim in'Sachsen, eine kleine Schrift, die den Titel trägt: 'Aufforderung an Regierungen, Obrigkeiten und Vorsteher der Irrenhäuser zur Abstellung einiger schwerer Gebrechen in der Behandlung der Irren', 1817.
