Esta foi a forma que imaginamos para tentar aliar o entendimento da literatura sobre os regimes patrimoniais à orientação do  Tribunal  encarregado de dar a última palavra do  Judiciário  sobre o tema, com alguma ideia de atender as peculiaridades vindas com a dinamicidade dos novos tempos.
