Former owner's gift ded to her husband is on the lower fore edge of the half title page. 270pp text like new, crisp and unmarked. Presented in its original slipcase with illustration from the regular first edition dust jacket of horses breaking from the gate on one side. Rust paper covered cardboard case shows very light handling soil, has some splits in the paper, and loss on the corners but is holding fine and displays well. Here are the best of the graceful, witty, wonderful pieces by Joe H.
