Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. Neuware - 'Moonlight Madness' is a sweeping romantic drama that captures the intense emotional landscape of early 20th-century life. Written by the prolific novelist Edith Nepean, the narrative delves into the complexities of love, passion, and the societal expectations that govern the lives of its p…rotagonists. Set against a backdrop of atmospheric beauty, the story explores the 'madness' that often accompanies deep infatuation and the dramatic consequences of choices made under the influence of the heart's most powerful desires.Known for her evocative descriptions and her ability to weave intricate plots centered on human relationships, Nepean presents a world where tradition and personal longing frequently collide. The work stands as a testament to the popular romantic fiction of its era, offering readers a glimpse into the melodramatic and sentimental storytelling that defined the period. Through its exploration of character and conflict, 'Moonlight Madness' remains a fascinating example of early modern fiction, emphasizing the timeless themes of devotion, sacrifice, and the enduring search for happiness. This work has been selected by scholars as being culturally important, and is part of the knowledge base of civilization as we know it.
