Generally, a speechless person communicates through sign language which is not… understood by the majority of people. This project is designed to solve this problem. Gestures of fingers of a user of this glove will be converted into synthesized speech to convey an audible message to others, for example in a critical communication with doctors. The glove is internally equipped with multiple flex sensors that are made up of 'bend-sensitive resistance elements'. For each specific gesture, internal flex sensors produce a proportional change in resistance of various elements. The processing of this information sends a unique set of signals to the AVR (Advance Virtual RISC) microcontroller which is preprogrammed to speak desired sentences. 72 pp. Englisch.

The study of role of H.R. practices in employee retention was based on a survey of employees of a telecommunication sector i.e. PTCL and the employees of PTCL call centre and others were surveyed as well. This research has also been conducted to study the technique of the employee retention i.e. job sculpting. The result depicts the positive relation between the HR variables and employee retention and reveals that if employer designs jobs for their employees especially for the experienced ones by keeping employee's interest, expertise, skills in mind then employee works with more interest and try to gives his/her 100% in their job. 76 pp. Englisch.

Though various methods exist for the implementation of this scheme, the team has decided to follow up with an approach that involves controlling the helicopter with the help of an on-board UAV kit and its controlling station. Though this approach might sound uneasy, the approach is an inexpensive and more flexible when compared with the other solutions like the autopilot. Using a closed loop control strategy, the project intends to stabilize the helicopter based on the information from the sensors received. After the values are received at the control station, the control station sends the required 'remedial servo commands to allow the helicopter to stabilize itself. 160 pp. Englisch.
