In order to overcome the demerits of patch antenna like low gain, low efficiency, low directivity and narrow bandwidth, it is obligatory to implement patch antennas in array configuration by creating cuts in the ground, by increasing the height of patch, rising the substrate thickness and by decreasing the permittivity of the substrate.
