Aber auch auf die Kunstanstalt kommt viel an, die das Plakat [.] in Druckfarben kombiniert, ausführt und druckt. Bei der Auswahl und Herstellung der farbigen Tafeln dieses Werks ist also auch darauf Rücksicht genommen worden, daß nicht nur die wichtigsten österreichischen Künstler, sondern auch hervorragende Kunstanstalten Österreichs durch eigene Reproduktionen ihrer Plakatdrucke vertreten sind (Vorwort). - 1915 veröffentlichte Mascha sein Opus magnum, den prächtig ausgestatteten Band ,Österreichische Plakatkunst.
