Edition originale de la traduction de Paul Sédir, précédée d'une notice bio-bibliographique dont les lignes qui suivent sont extraites : « Les oeuvres de cette illuminée, d'abord élève puis directrice du médecin John Pordage, et fondatrice de la Société des Philadelphes, comprennent exclusivement, non des traités hermétiques, mais des amplifications de mysticisme chrétien. Elle était voyante et, de même que Boehme, ne décrit que les tableaux intérieurs qui se sont déroulés devant elle [.] Tous ses ouvrages ont été traduits en allemand à Amsterdam, 1696-1698, par un anonyme qui ne fut pas inconnu de Gichtel.
