After one month treatment a washout period of 7 days was given to both the groups then the treatment crossover was done between the groups. The oxygen saturation and asthma severity were assessed using pulse oximetry and spirometry respectively. The cognitive function and quality of life of the patients were assessed using MMSE and SGRQ administration respectively.
