STUMPE Following the discovery of the pentapeptide enkephalins in 1975, a number of endogenous opioid peptides and opiate receptors have been identified. Endogenous opioids and opiate-receptor mechanisms have been i…mplicated in a variety of regulat ory and dysregulatory functions including analgesia, cardiovascular regulation, shock, hypertension, traumatic spinal cord and brain injury, stroke, immune func tion, feeding behavior, diuresis, gastrointestinal motility, and respiratory control, among others. Over the past 10 years, many studies have demonstrated a relationship between endogenous opioids and the cardiovascular system under both homeostatic and pathophysiological conditions. Opioids and opiate receptors have been found in various cardioregulatory sites within the brain and spinal cord, as well as in peripheral tissues such as sympathetic ganglia, adrenal gland, and heart. Both endogenous opioids and exogenous opiates have been shown to produce potent cardiovascular effects following central nervous system or systemic administration. Opiate-receptor antagonists have been demonstrated to reverse hypotension from sepsis, hypo volemia, and anaphylaxis; such studies have been used to infer activity of endogenous opioid systems in shock. Changes in tissue concentrations of endogenous opioids and! or opiate receptors have been found after shock and hypertension, further implying a role for opioid systems in the etiology of these conditions. In addition, modification of opiate receptor regulation, receptor binding, or opioid metabolism has also been used to establish a potential role for endogenous opioid systems in cardiovascular control and dyscontrol.

Hilflos verfolgt man bei Unfällen in Atomkraftwerken erstma…l den Wetterbericht: Die Windrichtung und Regenwahrscheinlichkeit entscheiden, für WEN nach einem UNFALL die Folgen zuerst verhängnisvoll werden, und für wen REGENFALL zu todbringen Fallout-Falle wird - für Jahrzehnte, Jahrhunderte. Atomtechnik ist eine Technik, die nur dann noch verschwerzbar wäre, wenn sie keinen Abfall produzierte, der für Jahrtausende "sicher" gelagert werden muss, und wenn es nie auch nur den geringsten Störfall geben würde oder gegeben hätte. Werbung für AKW hatte z.B. der niedersächsische Ministerpräsident Albrecht mit der Behauptung, dass ein GAU (der größte anzunehmende Unfall, eine Kernschmelze) nur alle zigtausende Jahre vorkommen könnte, gemacht. Immer noch ein hochaktuelles Buch. SuperGAU (an sich eine unsinnige Wortschöpfung) im Block 4 der Kernkraftwerks Tschernobyl in der Ukraine/ Sowjetunion. Der erste sozialistische Staat der Welt hatte spätestens seit Samstag, den 26. April 1986 Spuren auch in Westeuropa hinterlassen. Erst 36 Stunden später wurde die Bevölkerung des Energiearbeiterstädtchens Pripjat evakuiert. 2 Wochen lang sagte die Kommunistische Partei, die das sagen in Staat und Gesellschaft hatte, nichts. Bis heute kann man die Gegend nur mit Ausnahmegenehmigung und stundenweise betreten; Zigtausende leiden immer noch an den Spätfolgen, wenn sie nicht vorher starben oder gestorben sind. Eine InformationsPOLTIK, die mehr aus schmutziger Luft und Lücken und Irreführung, denn aus Info besteht, waren in Tschernobyl und Fukushima 1 und in Onagawa und Fukushima 2 und Tokai die Folge und die Basis für weiteres Unglück und Tod. Von Umweltverschmutzung nicht zu schweigen. Aber auch '80 gab es schon Bezugspunkte: Den Chemieunfall von Seveso - Dioxine sind nach ihm benannt - später Bhopal, Indien - und der Unfall im AKW Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA.- In Tschernobyl gab es ein kleines Erdbeben 400m unter der Erdoberfläche - eine von mehreren Ursachen. Eine, die bis heute, trotz eines Enthüllungsberichts im NDR, fast unbekannt ist. Warum? Hätte man über das kleine Erdbeben von Tschernobyl mehr geschrieben, berichtet und weitergedacht, hätte man 70-80% aller AKW weltweit abschalten müssen und hätte viele, auch in Frankreich, gar nicht bauen dürfen.
