The analytical study for the application of the REC533 international model has been made in order to reach for the conclusions that enable to forecast the frequencies that can maintain a semi-permanent reliable connection between the transmitting and receiving stations. In this study, Iraq has been adopted generally, whereas, Baghdad was taken specially to be represented as a central point. Since, the capital Baghdad has been adopted to be as a transmitting/receiving station with many stations lying within Iraqi cities and some surrounded Arabian and foreign capitals that place within the Middle East zone. Consequently, the simplified mathematical model has been proposed, which leads to predict the frequencies that can ensure the annual permanent reliable connection for different link distances and orientations. 96 pp. Englisch.

Condición: Neu. nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - An analytical study for the behavior of ionospheric parameters (MUF & FOT) has been made between the capital Baghdad (transmitter station) and many communication points (receiver stations) which are located on different directions over M…iddle East region. The analytical study have been conducted by adopting the ICEPAC model for seasonal and annual times of the years (2009-2011) within the solar cycle 24. The analytical investigation for the behavior of ionospheric parameters has been conducted for the local (Iraqi) and regional (Middle East) zones. A simplified ionospheric empirical model (SIEM) has been suggested to predict the ionospheric parameters (MUF & FOT). The suggested model based in it's construction on the correlated relationship between the geographical locations coordinates of receiver stations and the dataset of the MUF and FOT parameters that generated from the ICEPAC model. Predictions of the ionospheric parameters using the SIEM model show a good fitting with theoretical values that calculated using the international models. The Mean Square Error values between the predicted and theoretical values gave good results that show a good fitting between the two sets.
