Innen sauberes, gutes Exemplar. Ignazio Cerio (Abruzzo 1840 - Capri 1921), naturalista e medico militare italiano, venne a Capri come tale nel 1868. Ha raccolto e sistematizzato i reperti di storia naturale dell'isola, tra gli altri insieme a Friedrich Alfred Krupp. Cerio divenne un personaggio noto sull'isola e vi morì nella sua casa (Palazzo Cerio con collezione e biblioteca). Il testo attuale è di suo figlio, lo scrittore Edwin Cerio (1875-1960). --- Ignazio Cerio (Abruzzen 1840 - 1921 Capri), italienischer Naturforscher und Militärarzt, kam 1868 als solcher nach Capri. Er sammelte und systematisierte naturhistorische Funde auf der Insel, unter anderem zusammen mit Friedrich Alfred Krupp. Cerio wurde zu einer bekannten Persönlichkeit der Insel und verstarb dort in seinem Wohnhaus (Palazzo Cerio mit Sammlung und Bibliothek).
