Taschenbuch. Condición: Neu. Neuware - 'Up and Down Stream' is the compelling autobiography of Harry Gosling, a pivotal figure in the British labor movement and a dedicated servant of the River Thames. The narrative traces Gosling's journey from his early days as an apprentice waterman to his influential role as a Member of Parliament and a leader in the trade union movement. With a blend of personal anecdotes and political insight, 'Up and Down Stream' serves as both a historical record and a tribute to the working-class spirit.
