Chem.), language: English, abstract: This paper considers argyrophilic (i.e. stained by the silver nitrate) fibrils visualized by the well-known Klein method and later called neuroformative system of Protozoa, or neuroformium. Klein described the excitation wave propagation and coordination of the cilia moving by this network, as well as the main role in localization of the peristomes and the ciliar apparatus on the topographic microanatomy map of Protozoa before and after the cell division. However, in early 1930-th the advanced staining techniques revealed two components in the above mentioned fibrill network with the similar morphobiochemical parameters (within the limits of the silver nitrate staining selectivity), one of which provides the mechanical stabilization of the Protozoa body (a number of Paramecium species were found to possess even a third selectively-stained fiber system). This resulted in the introduction of the term 'argyrome' by Chatton in 1936 for the complex of the argentophilic fibrils and a term 'cinetome' for the subpellicular infraciliature. It is therefore more appropriate to speak about 'kinetomics' and 'argyromics' rather than of a single 'omics' for all the intracellular networks of Protozoa. We consider the principles of introduction of the novel '-omics' in modern science and from the above standpoint discuss whether it is possible to consider 'kinetomics' and 'argyromics' as the novel trends of functional morphology and systems biology of Protozoa.…

The above measurements include long-term monitoring using optical analysis with direct mass spectroscopic and gas chromatographic detection. Based on the known flavor differences f blooming plants at various phenological stages, we propose to distinguish between phenological stage dynamics of various plant species and groups according to modern trends in flavor chemistry. It is possible to perform a simultaneous chemical analysis and automatic classification of forest plants in model plant communities according to their phenorhythm types and phenological groups with the approach described using automatic pattern recognition and MS fingerprinting.The novel method can also provide phenospectral data ranging useful for establishing the dependence of plant growth and developmental stage phenology on the environmental factors. Since the method is based on combination of several different measurement sources, it is standardless, and thus possesses a wide application in laboratory climatic chambers as well as in natural field conditions with the equipment placed in Stevenson screen (meteorological instrument shelter) like the abundant tools for meteo-climatic monitoring.…

This novel approach offers considerable practical advantages, because the literature data are borrowed from different Web-sources and can be compared, systematized and uniformly generalized using this program tool. Geoarchaeological / archaeomineralogical accelerator mass spectrometry usually operates in a wide range of acceleration voltages (from 200 KV to 14 MV), measuring accuracies and limiting detection sensitivities (including attomole, subattomole, femtomole and zeptomole levels). This work is facilitated by the use of the accelerator system classification by a multifactor optimization criteria correlated with any application areas of these devices with different physical / metrological characteristics. The above methods we have developed provide a basis not only for systematization of the well-known data and instrument selection in contemporary parametric manifold of the existing AMS instruments but also for an objective prediction of the geoarchaeological / archaeomineralogical research trends and novel research branches / areas, based on the AMS technique application. Some examples of this prognostic approach applicability are mentioned in this report.…
