Départ de Rabat à 7 h 20. A Christian, on t…ourne à gauche sr la route Christian. Moulay Bou Azza. A Sidi Mbelledy on quitte le lateau de Christian et l'on dezcend dans la vallée d'un affluent de l'Oued Grou. A droite falaises de quartzites du Ibel Tirmah, à gauche falaises de quarzites du Ibel Bedouz. A Oubjet Bou Khemis schistes gris vert." L'auteur de ses lignes passe à Moulay Bou Azzou, Hartef et sa mine (F. Tortochaux m'a appris que c'était un chapeau de fer et qu'il allait y implanter un sondage. . Madame veuve Marly me fait part de ses doléances vis à vis des exploitants miniers qui lui on tari son puits") . Suit la description des travaux miniers aux alentours de la ferme Marly.
