Die Krisen der Vergangenheit und der Gegenwart haben gezeigt, inwieweit Politik und Wirtschaft miteinander verflechtet sind. So waren es die Regierungen, die in turbulenten Zeiten an den Finanzmärkten und in der Realwirtschaft im Mittelpunkt standen. Doch was geschah genau in den USA in den Jahren 2007/08 und inwiefern war die BRD von den Ereignissen auf den Finanzmärkten betroffen Neben der Entstehung der Krise in den Vereinigten Staaten sind die konjunktur- und finanzpolitischen Maßnahmen der Bundesregierung Gegenstand dieser Arbeit. Diesen Ereignissen nach wird sich die folgende wissenschaftliche Arbeit mit der Frage auseinandersetzen, ob die Finanz- und Konjunkturpolitischen Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung der Finanzkrise erfolgreich waren Um die Problemstellung angemessen lösen zu können, wird im Folgendem die Entstehung der Krise näher erläutert um die Auswirkungen der Finanzkrise auf die Realwirtschaft in Deutschland anhand von Prognosen darzustellen. Im Anschluss werden alle relevanten Maßnahmen detailliert aufgeführt, um zugleich auf die politischen Beweggründe einzugehen. Für die anschließende Beantwortung der Ausgangsfrage werden zwei wesentliche Konjunkturindikatoren vor und nach Krise gegenübergestellt und bewertet.Diese Hausarbeit wurde im Seminar 'Steuer- und Finanzpolitik Deutschlands' an der FU Berlin verfasst. Der Dozent bewertete die folgende Hausarbeit mit der Note '1,7'. Aufgrund der klaren Struktur ist die Arbeit nicht nur für Studenten verständlich sondern auch für Abiturienten. Es erfüllt alle vorgaben einer Wissenschaftlichen Arbeit. Die Arbeit betrachtet nicht nur die Politikwissenschaftliche Perspektive sondern umfasst auch verschiedene Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Ansätze.Aus der Sicht eines Politikwissenschaftlers werden die Beweggründe der einzelnen Maßnahmen näher erläutert und die gewünschte Wirkung wird dem Leser näher gebracht. Zusammen mit der US-Immobilienkrise ist die Griechenland Krise das Wirtschaftspolitische Thema schlechthin. Egal ob in der Politik, in Schulen oder in Universitäten, die europäische Staatsschuldenkrise und die damit verbundene griechische Tragödie ist heute noch wie vor sechs Jahren aktuell. Wie in jeder Krise gibt es auch im Falle Griechenlands verschiedene Akteure, welche die Krise durch ihre Entscheidungen beeinflussen. In diesem Fall ist die Rede von der Troika bestehend aus der Europäischen Zentralbank (EZB), der Europäischen Kommission (EU-Kommission) und dem Internationalen Währungsfond (IWF). Seit 2010 stellt die Troika2 Griechenland gegen Auflagen finanzielle Mittel zur Verfügung, um einen möglichen Staatsbankrott Griechenlands zu verhindern. Die geforderten Maßnahmen der Troika haben jedoch primär ein anderes Ziel. Durch die Umsetzung der Auflagen soll der Schuldenstand Griechenland auf ein tragfähiges Niveau sinken. Nun sind sechseinhalb Jahre vergangen und es wurden zahlreiche Maßnahmen getroffen. Die Aufgabe dieser Arbeit ist es zu untersuchen, wie sich die Reformen auf den Schuldenstand und somit auf die gesamtwirtschaftliche Entwicklung ausgewirkt hat.Im ersten Abschnitt der Arbeit werden die Ursachen der Griechenland Krise näher erläutert. Dazu werden Makro- und Mikroökonomische Kriterien herangezogen. Um das Verhalten der einzelnen Wirtschaftssubjekte in Griechenland zu verstehen, wird zuerst die Aufnahme Griechenlands in die Währungsunion untersucht. Im dritten Abschnitt der Arbeit wird die Institution Troika vorgestellt. In diesem Rahmen wird ein themenspezifischer Vergleich der Tätigkeitsfelder des IWF der EU-Kommission und der EZB stattfinden. Anschließend erfolgt die Analyse der verschiedenen Rettungspakete der Troika. Für ausgewählte Auflagen werden zugleich die gewünschten Wirkungen im Rahmen der Analyse mitberücksichtigt. Aufgrund der umfangreichen Thematik meiner Hausarbeit werden nur ausgewählte Auflagen berücksichtigt.
