Yo tenia veinte anos, habia acumulado mas de 20 infracciones, fui despedido de alrededor de 15 puestos de trabajo, y fui a la carcel 3 veces. Sin embargo, el deseo de no cambiar o de hacer esa transicion en mi vida no era una decision consciente, sino inconsciente. En otras palabras yo deseaba conscientemente crear un cambio en mi vida, pero estaba al mismo tiempo saboteandome desde el inconscientemente para cicatrizar el dolor emocional de que no habia sanado en mi ninez. Entonces, que paso? Comence a despertar y tomar conciencia de mi mismo. Eso no sucedio de la noche a la manana, pero empece a darme cuenta de mis estados semi conscientes o inconscientes, y empece a ver como estaba creando inconscientemente mi realidad. Dejame decirte que es a la vez liberador y un poco vergonzoso. Esto es porque tienes increibles momentos buenos de claridad cuando de repente ves algunos de tus patrones inconscientes mezclado con momentos malos y te das cuenta de algunas de las cosas que haces y dices a la gente, de las que realmente no eres consciente. Al final, cada pedacito de conciencia que conozcas de ti mismo, te mostrara que has logrado tu auto empoderamiento, ya que te permite vivir en armonia con la gente que te rodea y crear la vida que realmente quieres.
