Sin tener en cuenta las necesidades psicológicas, estos complejos sólo han proporcionado las necesidades físicas y no las plenamente construidas, sin saber que al descuidar las necesidades psicológicas, como las interacciones sociales, la privacidad, etc., se incrementan las anomalías sociales y, en consecuencia, se reduce la seguridad. Encontrar un lugar para vivir y sentirse a gusto con él es una de las necesidades humanas más importantes a lo largo de la historia.
