Für die Studie wurde MS-Medium verwendet, das mit zahlreichen Wachstumsregulatoren in unterschiedlichen Kombinationen und Mengen ergänzt wurde. Beim Genotyp ICCC-34 Kranthi reichte die Anzahl der für die Kallusinduktion erforderlichen Tage von 6,0 bis 10,0 Tagen. Für Hypokotyle wurden durchschnittlich 7,9 Tage und für Blattexplantate 8,2 Tage benötigt. In direkten Regenerationsstudien übertraf eine reife Embryoachse mit einem einzigen Keimblatt die beiden anderen mit der höchsten Sprossinduktionsreaktion (84,17 %), unabhängig vom Medium. TDZ in einer Konzentration von 0,5 mg/l führte nicht nur bei mehr Explantaten zum Austrieb (87,50 %), sondern auch zu den meisten Mehrfachtrieben, die einzeln zu trennen waren.

Dans les études de régénération directe, une hache embryonnaire mature avec un seul cotylédon a surpassé les deux autres avec la réponse d'induction de pousse la plus élevée (84,17%) quel que soit le milieu. La TDZ à 0,5 mg/l a non seulement provoqué des pousses dans un plus grand nombre d'explants (87,50 %), mais a également enregistré le plus grand nombre de pousses multiples pour les séparer individuellement. 112 pp. Französisch.

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo crear métodos de regeneración in vitro y de endurecimiento del enraizamiento in vitro del garbanzo cv. ICCC-34 kranthi. En el genotipo ICCC-34 Kranthi se intentó la inducción de callos y la regeneración in vitro. En el estudio se empleó medio MS suplementado con numerosos reguladores del crecimiento en combinaciones y cantidades variadas. En el genotipo ICCC 34 kranthi, el número de días necesarios para la inducción de callos osciló entre 6,0 y 10,0 días. El número medio de días necesarios para los hipocotilos fue de 7,9 días y de 8,2 días para los explantes foliares. La respuesta de inducción de callo difirió significativamente entre genotipos, explantes, medio y su impacto de interacción. En los estudios de regeneración directa, un eje de embrión maduro con un solo cotiledón superó a los otros dos con la mayor respuesta de inducción de brotes (84,17%) independientemente del medio. TDZ a 0,5 mg/l no sólo provocó brotes en más explantes (87,50%), sino que también registró el mayor número de brotes múltiples al separarlos individualmente.
