These compounds have been characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. This study was designed to show the microbial activity difference for these types of five member and fused heterocyclic rings. These compounds were screened for antibacterial activity against E.coli, S.aureus, K.pneumoniia and E.faecalis, and for antifungal activity against Candida albicans. The results show that these derivatives have good biological activities against these types of microorganisms in comparison with standard antibiotics and antifungal (ceftriaxone, amoxicillin and fluconazole) as references. 88 pp. Englisch.…

The objective of this study was to investigate some markers of oxidative stress in hypertension (HT) and HT with CKD patients in addition to some biochemical parameters related to these diseases. This study involved 84 male subjects aged between (25-65) year equally divided into three groups, first and second one belong to HT and HT with CKD patients respectively from Al-yarmouk Teaching hospital, while the third one for apparently healthy 28 subjects considered as control group. The study reported that technique is more important than the ELISA test for latex which was (P = 0.007). The study showed that there is a relationship between genes Toxo-B1, ITS-1, SAG-1 and SAG-2 by examining the DNA taken from the blood and placenta of women with T.gondii.
