Two publicity photographs from the early Broadway run of Ain't Misbehavin', each signed by multiple members of the company and warmly inscribed to ?Eduardo,? evidently a close backstage associate. Dated 1978, but featuring replacement cast members Teresa Bowers, Yvette Freeman, Adriane Lenox (Tony Award winner, 2005), Alan Weeks…, and original cast member Ken Page. The affectionate and grateful tone of the inscriptions (?love you,? ?with many thanks,? etc.) suggests day-to-day involvement with the performers, offering a small but telling glimpse into the production?s inner circle. Uncommon as a cohesive, inscribed group from a landmark Tony Award?winning musical. 8"x10" black and white photographs, both with soiling and tape residue, one with loss to corner, and one with closed tear on bottom, generally very good.
