Sitophilus oryzae L. and different 30varieties to khapra beetle, Trogoderma granarium Everts. Under uniformcondition of temperature (27±1 0 C) and relative humidity (75±2%) for S. oryzaeand (35±1%) and relative humidity (70±2%) for T. granarium. The varietiesincluded 10 composite, 8 hybrids and 12 inbred lines for S. oryzae and 17composite 13 hybrids for T. granarium. The evaluation was done by usingstandard no choice progeny method. Twenty sound grains of each varietyreplicated thrice were infested with 3 pair of newly emerged adult (0-12 hrsold). Varietal rating was done on the basis of adult emergence after 60 daysof infestation.
