An essentially qualitative approach allowed us to immerse ourselves in the actors' milieu. Data collection was done according to the inductive approach, carried out using the techniques of direct observation, semi-structured interview and documentary review. Data processing was done according to content analysis. The results obtained are as follows: a multitude of institutional and potential actors, ignoring the contours of their role and power, a difficult collaboration between these actors leading to an approximate management of Biomedical Waste.
