The research unleashes the extent to which the 2-6-6-3 has integrated the VBE through consideration on priority values, awareness, approaches or strategies for nurturing, mitigating factors and the best practices to promote the values. The study was undertaken by a survey, administered in form of a questionnaire and interview sessions with head-teachers of public and private schools. A census was done on public schools (98) and 50% on private schools (i.e. 50% of 358 = 179), randomly selected. 68 pp. Englisch.
