Following observations, interviews and review of existing documentation, the Structured System Analysis Design (SSADM) and Knowledge Engineering Methodologies were used for problem analysis and design. Unified Modeling Language was used for the design, with underlying database interface using CSS and HTML and a back-end PHP framework. This system would ensure improved services for libraries due to better storage and retrieval.
