Simple U bend tubes are experimental investigated and validated with numerical simulation and present in this research work. Design of experiment (DOE) 'Taguchi' method is selected for present research work and total 16 experiments are selected and solved by using Ansys fluent software (CFD software). Signal to noise ratio analysis and ANOVA analysis is performed for outlet temperature and nusselt number investigation. Generated model equations are then optimized by using MOGA optimization tool available in MATLAB software. 120 pp. Englisch.
