In the backdrop of frequent clashes between owners of garments factories and disgruntle workers this study attempts to verify whether or not Workers' Participation in Management (WPM) is being practiced here in the RMG Sector of Bangladesh. The study found that WPM does not in the real sense exist, in the RMG sector of Bangladesh.
