The probable causes of the accidents are due to manual handling of toxic gases. The analysis and design of system is to be done identify the possible errors and the unsafe activities and take safe preventive measures. It is a great opportunity to learn and design a safer plant in the future. The used toxic gases are controlled by Programmable logic Controller (PLC) using Integrated Mechatronics approach for the automation of processes. 100 pp. Englisch.
