This will result in higher sugarcane production and better returns to the growers without increasing support prices, improved capacity utilization by the mills, larger sugar production, reduction in cost of production per kilogram of sugar, more revenue for the government, stable prices for the consumers and better dividend to the shareholders of public limited companies.
