Das Staatskirchenrecht steht mehr und mehr vor den Schwierigkeiten zwischen Staat und nichtchrist-lichen Religionen , daher liegt der Fokus hierbei auf den Rechtsfragen und der Problematik, die sich bei der Einführung eines islamischen Reli-gionsunterrichts stellen, und auf zwei bereits durchgeführten Schulversu-chen einer islamischen religiösen Unterweisung. Es stellt sich die Frage, wie mit Art. 7 Abs. 3 GG, der den Religionsunterricht zum Verfassungs-gut macht, umgegangen werden soll, wenn nicht alle seine Vorausset-zungen gegeben sind. Anschließend soll die Frage beantwortet werden, in welchem Umfang das deutsche Grundgesetz einen Anspruch auf Religionsunterricht gewährleistet. Nietzsche sets forth the concept of the Apollonian and Dionysian duality, and the perpetual strife between these two opposite forces can be applied to other aesthetic inquiries. Most understandably, the method of looking at the two poets should be our priority in discussing their poetry. In order to incorporate Nietzsche's aesthetic framework, we must dispel the view of Plath as a confessional poet while inspecting some of Hughes' consistent poetic techniques.
