Los parámetros de salida obtenidos de la literatura para el dispositivo fueron 26,11mA/cm2, 1,25V, 69,89% y 22,72% para Jsc, Voc, FF y respectivamente. La célula solar optimizada tenía un espesor de 100nm, 50nm y 300nm para las capas FTO, TiO2 y CH3NH3PbI3-xClx, respectivamente, y el rendimiento del dispositivo era de 25,79mA/cm2, 1,45V, 78,87% y 29,56% para Jsc, Voc, FF y, respectivamente, mostrando un notable aumento de los FF en un 8,98% y 6,84% para la eficiencia de la célula solar. El estudio comenzó con la primera realización de un modelado óptico de películas delgadas de una capa de FTO y de varias capas de FTO/TiO2 sobre un sustrato de vidrio. Las películas multicapa se caracterizaron y optimizaron mediante simulaciones ópticas utilizando el modelado MATLAB basado en las ecuaciones de Fresnel y el formalismo de la Matriz de Macleod, empleando los valores n y k de la literatura. A célula solar optimizada teve uma espessura de 100nm, 50nm e 300nm para as camadas FTO, TiO2 e CH3NH3PbI3-xClx respectivamente e a saída do dispositivo foi de 25,79mA/cm2, 1,45V, 78,87% e 29,56% para Jsc, Voc, FF e mostrando um notável aumento de 8,98% e 6,84% para a eficiência da célula solar, respectivamente. O estudo teve início com a primeira modelação óptica de filmes finos FTO monocamada e FTO/TiO2 multicamadas sobre substrato de vidro. Os filmes multicamadas foram caracterizados e optimizados por simulações ópticas utilizando a modelação MATLAB baseada em equações Fresnel e formalismo Macleod Matrix, empregando valores n e k da literatura. Die aus der Literatur erhaltenen Ausgangsparameter für das Gerät betrugen 26,11mA/cm2, 1,25V, 69,89% und 22,72% für Jsc, Voc, FF und entsprechend. Die optimierte Solarzelle hatte eine Dicke von 100 nm, 50 nm und 300 nm für FTO-, TiO2- und CH3NH3PbI3-xClx-Schichten, und die Ausgangsleistung des Bauelements betrug 25,79 mA/cm2, 1,45 V, 78,87 % und 29,56 % für Jsc, Voc, FF und zeigte eine bemerkenswerte Steigerung der FF um 8,98 % bzw. 6,84 % für den Wirkungsgrad der Solarzelle. Die Studie begann mit der ersten optischen Modellierung von FTO-Einzelschicht- und FTO/TiO2-Mehrschicht-Dünnfilmen auf Glassubstrat.
