A tight, clean, sound opy in gray cloth covered boards with black lettering on the spine with very minor overall shelf wear plus the usual library stamps on the half-title page and top outside paper edges plus the front endpaper has been removed as part of the library's withdrawal process plus there is some very, very light tape staining on the front wrapping around the spine onto the back from where the library label was. A noted collection of essays on literary criticism and literature. The subjects include Shakespeare, Christopher Marlowe, Robert Browning, English poetry, and biography.
