The buff cloth covered boards have delightful coloured pictures of baby birds and a small owl on the spine and front. The front board is slightly bowed and the top and bottom of the spine slightly crumpled. There is no fraying. There is a minor gutter crack of the front end paper and there is mild foxing of the first and last few pages. On the reverse of the FEP there is an dated presentation inscription. There are 16 colour plates. 199pp. This is a larger book and may need extra postage if sent abroad.
