Studiile liceale le-a urmat la Cluj la Liceul "George Baritiu", iar facultatea de Filologie, româna-engleza, la Oradea (1969-1972). A fost profesor de limba si literatura româna, r…edactor al revistei Vatra între 1980-1981, bibliotecar la biblioteca medicala din Arad pâna în 1989. În 1990 fondeaza revista de cultura Arca din Arad, pe care o conduce si astazi. A debutat în Steaua în 1967, în numarul 6 al revistei, cu poezia "Clopote". Prezent în majoritatea revistelor literare din România. A debutat editorial cu Privelistile, versuri, la editura "Facla" din Timisoara în 1977 (premiul de debut al editurii). A publicat alte 16 volume de poezie, proza, microeseuri, antologii de autor. Premiul pentru Poezie al Uniunii Scriitorilor din România (2016). Marele premiu "Cununa de lauri" (ex aequo cu Aurel Pantea) la cea de a IV-a editie a Turnirului de Poezie organizat la Barcelona de Uniunea Scriitorilor din România (2014). Images include posters, satirical political cartoons, paintings, drawings and woodcuts. Each images is titled, captioned and dated, with addition information on every image found in the extensive list at the back of the book. Text in Romanian. Dust jacket with some creasing, chipping and closed tears to extremities. Binding with some light rubbing, bumping and/or age toning to extremities. Some light water stains to the bottom edge of the book block. Interior with 12 of the tipped in plates missing (#1, 3, 13, 28, 40, 69, 90, 151, 163, 202, 276 and 373), as well as some minor age toning to the edges of some pages, and a few sporadic minor creases throughout.
